Topics include computer crime; intellectual property; privacy; encryption; free speech; identity; data mining and additional DoD specific issues. Readings include laws, judicial opinions, popular articles, and academic computer science articles. Assignments include written exercises, a midterm quiz analyzing a public policy problem, and term paper
