Norman F. Cantor was a professor at Columbia University. In the 1960s he worked with Professor Alan Westin and wrote a number of short books on privacy in various historical periods for the Bar Association of the City of New York. After the books were delivered to the Bar, copies were made and accessioned at libraries at Columbia University and Chicago University.
I have obtained those books from libraries and scanned them. I contacted the Bar Association and was told that they had no objection to the books being placed online, so I am making them available here.
