Reporting apps track calls to tech support

by Simson L. Garfinkel

Columbus, OH Ð Intuitive Edge has released three applications for NeXTSTEP 2.0 that ease the building and maintaining of simple text databases. Two of the programs Ð Reporter and ReportBuilder Ð are particularly well suited to building question-and-answer databases for technical-support concerns. The database can then be scanned through NeXT's Digital Librarian, according to Monty Zukowski, the com-pany's president.

A third program, ReporterLimitedVersion, is a free, distributable bug-reporting application that developers can integrate into their prerelease software. ReporterLimitedVersion automatically sends bug reports back to the developer via NeXTmail.

The three programs are available for $145 each and will be distributed on the upcoming Electronic AppWrapper from Paget Press.
