Coming from San Francisco/San Jose:

1. Take 101S, passing through Gilroy and San Juan Bautista
2. You will pass through a lovely grove of Eucalyptus trees.
3. Look for a sign that says Echo Valley Road. (Don't take it)
4. Now you will see a sign that says 156W Monterey Peninsula, second right. Take the second right.
5. Take 156W to Route 1 S.
6. Take Route 1 S through Seaside.
7. Take exit 402B. You are now on Del Monte Ave heading West. After a mile the Naval Postgraduate School will be on your left.
8. YOU CANNOT ENTER THROUGH THE DEL MONTE GATE.
9. Turn left on Sloat Ave.
10. Go to the top of Sloat Ave. There is another gate at 9th street. Turn left.
11. Stop at the guard's gate and give your name. You should be on the GATE ACCESS LIST.
12. Turn left, follow the road back down the hill, through parking like R, and park at the next big parking lot. This is behind Glasgow.

You are allowed to photograph and use cell phones on the base, but be advised that by coming on base property you are consenting to the search of your body and your car, so don't bring anything that you wouldn't want to show a military police officer.

Glasgow East is the new building next to Glasgow:

• Go up one flight of stairs to the Second Floor of Glasgow East.
• My room is E234, on the right.
